City Highlights

Qorikancha-Cusco
Qorikancha

It was the most important temple in the Inca Empire, dedicated primarily to Inti, the Sun God. It was one of the most revered temples of the capital city of Cusco. The Spanish colonists built the Church of Santo Domingo on the site, demolishing the temple and using its foundations for the cathedral. Construction took most of a century. This is one of numerous sites where the Spanish incorporated Inca stonework into the structure of a colonial building.

plaza-armas-cusco
Plaza de las Armas

Walk around the Plaza de Armas; the square has churches, shops, restaurants and bars backing on to it and is a great place to spend an afternoon. The historical center of Cusco is beautiful, but you will have to deal with all the street vendors and hawkers of cheap paintings and other souvenirs.

machu picchu
Machu Picchu

Is a magical place with impressive architecture. Its walls and the gigantic stones with which it was built cause more than one amazement to its visitors.

Cusco,

Life Changing Experiences

«I had a great time here and my Spanish has improved a lot. The people at the school are relaxed, friendly and patient. I had only two months to enjoy this trip but I will come back as soon as I can. To live in a foreign country and apply its language is the best way to learn it and I recommend the school.»

Francisco

Student Estados Unidos

«When I first came, I couldn’t speak any Spanish at all. But after only one week, I was able to have simple conversations with people I meet. And the way teachers build up the classes gives me a feeling that learning this languages is doable.»

Cami

Student Brasil

«I felt challenged and stretched in new ways during my exchange, and I grew so much as a person.»

Cristin

Student Germany

«As a student at this school I have been very satisfied with everything. I have felt that my Spanish has developed so much in such a short time. My teachers have been fantastic!!! Group classes combined with individual classes are ideal and make a difference. The school atmosphere is wonderful and everyone is so helpful here, all of which make attending classes a real pleasure. Thank you!»
