Peru’s Amazon Jungle isn’t just a destination—it’s one of the most biologically diverse regions on Earth, home to countless species found nowhere else. As one of the last remaining primary forests, this breathtaking ecosystem is teeming with life, yet it faces constant threats. Often called the ‘lungs of the planet,’ the Amazon’s health directly impacts the entire globe, but its future is far from secure.
Volunteers should be prepared for a remote and rugged environment, physically demanding tasks, close encounters with wildlife, cultural adaptation, flexibility, and both teamwork and independence.

Whether you’re a passionate environmentalist or someone seeking a meaningful adventure, this volunteer program offers the chance to make a real difference. By joining us, you’ll help protect the fragile balance of this incredible natural wonder, ensuring it remains a thriving habitat for generations to come.
Are you ready to leave a lasting impact and experience the Amazon like never before? Join us in safeguarding one of the world’s greatest treasures.
In this project, being open to directly contributing to the preservation of the Amazon’s natural heritage is crucial, and supporting the local team in whatever tasks they need is essential.
As a volunteer, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of local tree species and engage with the vibrant cultures of the Amazonian communities. The impact of your work is tangible—Amazon projects deliver visible results, and when you return in a few years, you’ll witness firsthand how your efforts have truly transformed the landscape.
For about four weeks, I volunteered inside the Amazon Jungle. Pretty much all I have to say is that this was hands down one of the best times of my life! The jungle is incredible. We did reforestation work like planting trees and removing invasive species.
My experience in Perú was great. As well as other necessary jobs like clearing trails for researchers and reestablishing the eating and hang out area when needed. We had the opportunity to go into town to teach English to the kids several times and that was a big highlight for me as well! I definitely recommend this program for anyone looking to do amazing work and see amazing things!.
