Estabelecendo a base para o futuro<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1- Revise seu programa de estudos. <\/strong>Descubra quando ser\u00e3o todos os seus exames e quanto eles valem em sua nota. Anote essas datas no seu calend\u00e1rio ou agenda para que elas n\u00e3o apare\u00e7am de surpresa!
Planeje sess\u00f5es de revis\u00e3o com pelo menos uma semana de anteced\u00eancia de cada exame. O ideal \u00e9 fazer v\u00e1rias mini-revis\u00f5es com bastante anteced\u00eancia, aumentando gradualmente o tempo de estudo, em vez de tentar colocar tudo em uma mega sess\u00e3o na noite anterior ao teste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- Prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o na aula.<\/strong> Isso parece \u00f3bvio, mas prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o na aula o ajudar\u00e1 imensamente na hora do exame. N\u00e3o caia na armadilha de pensar que voc\u00ea apenas \"absorver\u00e1\" o conhecimento; seja um aluno ativo. 4- Fa\u00e7a do estudo uma parte de seus h\u00e1bitos.<\/strong> Com muita frequ\u00eancia, \u00e9 f\u00e1cil ver o estudo como algo que s\u00f3 pode ser feito no \u00faltimo minuto em uma grande sess\u00e3o noturna de estudos. Em vez disso, tente reservar algum tempo todos os dias para estudar.
