COVID-19 Update: Spanish Courses Continue Online
From 6th of April onwards and until quarantine time finishes in our destinations we will have Online classes maintaining the same scheduled dates and times.
1. Online Classes from 6th of April, 2020
All Spanish classes will be taught online. All students will be able to join these online classes from home with their mobile devices or computers. Our teachers will follow our COINED Syllabus using Zoom to connect. Every enrolled student will receive instruction via email. Please contact info@coined.us.
2. Changes and cancellations between March 30th, 2020 and November 30th, 2021
The following general terms and conditions apply between March 30th, and November, 30th, 2021:
a) FOR STUDENTS THAT ALREADY START THEIR COURSE
Students not wishing to take part in online classes can cancel their Spanish course with no cancellation fee. We will issue a credit note for the remaining courses. Lessons can be rescheduled for any time in 2021 or 2022.
Accommodation cancellations are subject to penalty of 50% of the amount paid
b) FOR PENDING ARRIVALS:
For students not wishing to take part in online classes, we recommend postponing the course. We will issue a credit note with no cancellation fee. Lessons can be rescheduled for any time in 2021 or 2022.
Accommodation cancellations are subject to penalty of 50% of the amount paid.
3. Reduction of Class length
After placement tests results are known, groups may be reduced due to relocation based on language level. If there is only one or two students per class, the number of hours taken are also reduced up to a 50% (fifty), replacing the group classes with private lessons.
