The socialization process is a foundational stone in growing up and developing as a capable and self-sufficient individual. It happens on different stages: first at home and second at the school. It is very important for children to have an apporpiate education to be able to fully develop into capable, self-sufficient and creative adults.
The school has a big population and it has all levels of teaching from pre-school to high-school. You can choose the area you’re more interested in or the one you think you may feel more comfortable working at. Education is provided with an emphasis on independence, freedom within limits, and respect for the kid’s natural psychological development. This is a constructivist or “discovery” model where students learn concepts from working with materials and from experience, rather than by direct instruction. Your goal will be to guide, teach and stimulate the children to think and to solve problems, to share ideas and respect other kids’ work developing feelings of partnership and love to the family.
