This volunteer project takes place in an organization that since 1982 takes an active place in social transformation through the process of joint construction of social networks which are articulated by actions and projects created for the common good.
The organization intends its work to optimize the quality of education for children, adolescents and adults, based on the respect of human rights and the democratic principles.
Its participative projects are focused on the search of the resolution of problems that from different aspects, affect the educative quality of children adolescent and adults in Argentina. This action line is carried out from projects directly linked with education and projects aims to situations which affect indirectly the quality of education (malnutrition, socio – economic – enviromental situations, social problems, etc)

Summarizing, this project strives to equal educational opportunities for everybody, supporting the tasks of directors, teachers, tutors and coordinators as well as the activities of children, youths and adults, during their learning process. 
Your collaboration on this project is more than appreciated, you can be part of the campaigns that the organization carries out promoting the community participation and their spreading. Two saturdays per month, the organization makes fairs to raise funds for activities. In these fairs, those donations which are in better conditions are sold and the volunteers work is essential there. 
Between other activities, you can also help to promote and spread the organization trough marketing projects, participate in workshops and activities with children with autism.

We will take into consideration your likes and preferences. Living with a local family is the best way to learn their customs, likes, and style while you learn a new language.

Residences & Hostels

If you want to live with several local and foreign students, you can choose to stay in a private or shared room in any of the students' residencies we offer you. Sharing a place with young people from all over the world is a great opportunity to learn about different cultures and make new friends as well as learning about the place in which you are studying.

Usual Volunteer Tasks

*Latin American students applying for Volunteers in Spain must have a valid EU passport.

  •  Over 18 years old
  •  Be able to adapt to a new life and environment
  •  To be sociable
  •  Maintain a cordial relationship with students
  •  Take the initiative; be organized, systematic and responsible in your work
  • Prepare educational material
  •  Teach English or your mother tongue
  •  Colaborate in campaigns
  •  Setting up handcraft workshops
  •  Giving dance classes
  •  Starting theatre clinics
  •  participate in spreading activities
  •  Arranging football training
  •  Teaching students about your country and its customs
  •  Assist the staff on routine duties

The tasks named above will be arranged with every volunteer according to each one’s skills and special abilities.

Daily Routine

Your day can start early in the morning organizing activities either in the playroom or outside. Lessons take place in different shifts, according to the subject. You can also help with the homework, ussually in the afternoon. You’ll have to be around your students to teach them the benefits of education. It’s great to see them succeed and even better to receive a hug or a thanks note for your efforts and the possitive influence you’re making through your teaching.
