The congress of International Administration “Talent, Imagination and Values”, was organized in Buenos Aires where plenty of aspects of administration were discussed.
As an intern in administration you will perform tasks in the accounting area, as well in the sales area, checking and receiving inputs and helping managers with anything they may need. If you have a good analytical understanding, you are able to work in team and organized, this program is made for you.

At your workplace, you’ll probably start with basic tasks in a variety of fields in administration. You’ll be be responsible for one or more of the following tasks depending on your abilities:

  •  Meeting and Greeting customers
  •  Registering customers in database
  •  Processing payments and passes
  •  Producing summary reports
  •  Answering customer emails
  •  Answering phone and attending to enquiries etc
  •  Forwarding incoming general e-mails to the appropriate staff member
  •  Preparing and send outgoing faxes, mail, and packages
  •  Validating data (telephone, address, website, email, job title etc)
  •  Data entry and upkeep of the organization’s databases
  •  Ordering supplies and equipment.

Please note: Responsibilities can vary according to the needs and resources of the Host Organization at the moment of your internship.

Work Schedule

  • Determined on site. This position requires a minimum time commitment of 20 hours per week.
