Si tienes suerte, puede que te ayude con la motivaci\u00f3n o la inspiraci\u00f3n. Si quieres que fluya tu creatividad, empieza a consumir contenidos que normalmente no consumir\u00edas. Lee blogs ajenos a tu sector. Lee libros que no sean de tu g\u00e9nero habitual. Por ejemplo, almuerza con un desconocido (pero aseg\u00farate de que no sea un mal desconocido).<\/li><li><strong>Escriba un art\u00edculo de 500 palabras sin tema alguno.<\/strong><br> Este es un ejercicio divertido que puedes utilizar cuando no consigas centrar tus pensamientos o no se te ocurran ideas interesantes. Abre un documento en blanco y empieza a escribir. Sin titular, sin tema, sin edici\u00f3n y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, sin autocr\u00edtica. Deja que tus dedos empiecen a teclear y que tu cerebro decida qu\u00e9 palabras escribir a continuaci\u00f3n. <\/li><li><strong>Come de otra manera.<\/strong><br> Hay estudios y estudios que hablan de c\u00f3mo nuestra dieta afecta a nuestra forma de pensar. \u00bfQuieres empezar a pensar de otra manera? Empieza a darle a tu cuerpo un combustible diferente (y m\u00e1s sano). Te sorprender\u00e1 lo mucho m\u00e1s creativamente que puedes pensar y actuar cuando sigues una dieta m\u00e1s sana.<\/li><li><strong>Haz el ejercicio de \"Lluvia de ideas sin malas ideas\".<\/strong><br> Consigue que al menos otra persona se una a ti en una sesi\u00f3n de intercambio de ideas de 45-60 minutos. Sin tecnolog\u00eda ni cr\u00edticas de ning\u00fan tipo. Pon sobre la mesa un tema o una idea que quieras compartir y empieza a intercambiar ideas. Escribe todas tus ideas (en papel) y no critiques ni una sola. Es importante que lo hagas en persona y que te asegures de no tener ning\u00fan tipo de energ\u00eda o comentario negativo durante el proceso. Puede que acabes con 100 ideas horribles, pero apostamos a que tendr\u00e1s una o dos buenas. Adem\u00e1s, cuanto m\u00e1s lo hagas, mejor se te dar\u00e1.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>No hace falta ser un pensador creativo para ser capaz de pensar con originalidad, basta con hacer m\u00e1s cosas que estimulen el pensamiento creativo.
