Levantarse de un salto para leer un mensaje de texto en el tel\u00e9fono o consultar peri\u00f3dicamente las redes sociales es desaconsejable mientras estudias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2- \u00a1Enciende la luz!<\/strong> No es recomendable estudiar en una habitaci\u00f3n oscura. A\u00f1ade l\u00e1mparas por la noche o, durante el d\u00eda, abre las cortinas (abre tambi\u00e9n un poco la ventana). Las personas tienden a estudiar y concentrarse mejor en una habitaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s luminosa, oxigenada y con poco ruido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3- Apaga el televisor.<\/strong> Aunque muchos estudiantes creen que se les da bien hacer varias cosas a la vez, como estudiar con la televisi\u00f3n encendida o mientras chatean por Internet con los amigos, las investigaciones sugieren que esto no es cierto para la gran mayor\u00eda de las personas. Para estudiar mejor, elimina distracciones como la televisi\u00f3n y la m\u00fasica con letra alta. Cambiar r\u00e1pidamente la atenci\u00f3n entre el estudio y ver la televisi\u00f3n hace que al cerebro le resulte m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil priorizar la adquisici\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4- Decide si la m\u00fasica es adecuada para ti.<\/strong> El efecto de la m\u00fasica sobre la memoria var\u00eda de una persona a otra. Algunos estudios han descubierto que la m\u00fasica favorece el rendimiento de la memoria en individuos con TDA\/TDAH, mientras que lo reduce en individuos sin este trastorno. La m\u00fasica cl\u00e1sica parece ser la m\u00e1s eficaz para mejorar el rendimiento en el estudio. Debes determinar si est\u00e1s mejor con o sin ella. Si te gusta escuchar m\u00fasica mientras estudias, aseg\u00farate de que te concentras en el material que tienes que estudiar y no en la melod\u00eda pegadiza que suena en tu cabeza.<br> - Si no tienes m\u00e1s remedio que escuchar m\u00fasica, busca m\u00fasica instrumental para que las palabras de la m\u00fasica no interfieran con tu estudio.<br> - Escuche sonidos de fondo de la naturaleza para mantener el cerebro activo y evitar que otros ruidos le distraigan.
