Hacer ex\u00e1menes es estresante, pero puedes hacerlo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil mejorando tu forma de estudiar. Estudiar para los ex\u00e1menes de forma eficaz y eficiente evitar\u00e1 que te sientas desprevenido y te preparar\u00e1 para el \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sentar las bases para el futuro<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1- Revise su programa de estudios. <\/strong>Averigua cu\u00e1ndo ser\u00e1n todos tus ex\u00e1menes y qu\u00e9 parte de tu nota valen. Anota estas fechas en tu calendario o agenda para que no se te pasen por alto.
Planifica sesiones de repaso al menos una semana antes de cada examen. Lo ideal es que hagas varios mini repasos con bastante antelaci\u00f3n, aumentando gradualmente el tiempo de estudio, en lugar de intentar meterlo todo en una mega sesi\u00f3n la noche antes del examen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- Presta atenci\u00f3n en clase.<\/strong> Parece una obviedad, pero prestar atenci\u00f3n en clase te ayudar\u00e1 enormemente cuando llegue la \u00e9poca de los ex\u00e1menes. No caigas en la trampa de pensar que te limitar\u00e1s a \"absorber\" conocimientos; s\u00e9 un alumno activo. Intenta sentarte en la parte delantera de la clase, as\u00ed te resultar\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil concentrarte.
Escuche con atenci\u00f3n, porque los profesores suelen dar pistas como \"Lo m\u00e1s importante de este tema es...\". O simplemente pueden hacer hincapi\u00e9 en determinadas palabras y temas. Esta es la verdadera clave para hacer bien los ex\u00e1menes. Cuanto m\u00e1s asimiles la informaci\u00f3n desde el principio, menos tendr\u00e1s que estudiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3- Toma buenas notas.<\/strong> Es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil decirlo que hacerlo, pero aprender a tomar buenos apuntes te ayudar\u00e1 enormemente cuando llegue el momento de estudiar. Anota todo lo que tu profesor escriba en la pizarra o ponga en diapositivas. Intenta grabar todo lo que diga el profesor, pero no dejes que tomar notas te distraiga tanto que te olvides de escuchar.

4- Haz del estudio parte de tus h\u00e1bitos.<\/strong> Con demasiada frecuencia, es f\u00e1cil ver el estudio como algo que s\u00f3lo se hace en el \u00faltimo minuto en una enorme sesi\u00f3n nocturna de estudio. En lugar de eso, intenta reservar un tiempo cada d\u00eda para estudiar. Programarlo como si fuera otra cita o clase puede ayudarte a mantener la motivaci\u00f3n para continuar con el h\u00e1bito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
