Colonial city that preserves XVI century edifications and that you can get to know juts walking on its ancient cobbled streets. Its original name was "Santiago de los caballeros de Guatemala". It was the capital of the Spanish colonies of Central America. It is known today as "the city of the everlasting roses".
Accommodation description:
The house is located near the school. Just a 10 minutes walking distance away. it is comfortable and it has 2 guest rooms a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a TV set.

Rosalina (1953) she is a housewife and lives with her 3 children: Alberto, Eva and Juan José. Alberto and Juan José are students and Eva is a teacher. The family has pets: 2 dogs.
Room's description:
The house has 2 bedrooms available for guests. One of them has a single bed and the other one has a double bed. Bed linen is included.

The Residence has a kitchen available for students, a living room, 4 bedrooms for guests,a shared bathroom and a small garden. The kitchen is open from monday to friday from 7am to 7pm. It is located just 8 blocks away from the school.
Shares with:
Flor de María (1975), a housewife, and Gustavo (1975) a doctor, manage the residence, qith the help of Aura and Antonieta that take care of the cleaning and maintenance. The couple doesn't live in the building but they share many moments with the guests, specially the meals. They are very kind and helpful with students.
